  • 4 slices day old bread, preferably dark
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper


  • Begin by wetting the bread slices with a little water.

    Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix with oregano, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Place the mixture on the bread slices and sprinkle with the crumbled cheese over the tomatoes and then the dried oregano. Finally add some olive oil over.

    1 slice per person if it’s a starter.
