Chicken Balls with feta cheese and oregano

  • 800 g minced chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 ml black pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano + a pinch for serving
  • 100 g Fontana Feta Original
  • Fontana olive oil to fry in


  • Mix the chicken mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and spices. Mix to a paste. Dice the feta cheese into small cubes. Roll the mince into balls and press a feta cheese cube in the middle.

    -Great alternative to everyday meatballs. Works very well as patties.
    Fry the chicken balls in oil on the heat until they are cooked through. Sprinkle a little dried oregano on top before serving.

    Serve with ratatouille and fried potatoes. Garnish with fresh oregano and black olives.
