Feta - a small piece of sheep's and goat's cheese that many people love and use every day. For us Greeks it is a natural part of everyday life. We have been eating it for thousands of years. We feel the pride that comes from the knowledge that Feta is one of the most versatile cheeses. You can add it to everything. Salad, chicken, meat or fish. The milk in our organic Feta cheese comes from the nature reserve Grevena. It is a mountainous and sparsely populated area in northern Greece. The sheep and goats roam freely and is taken care of gentle villagers. The flavor is mild with balanced saltiness. A good all-round Feta that suits most dishes.
