Halloumi and olive skewer – Souvlaki Halloumi Me Ilias
- 200 g Fontana Halloumi
- 0.5 kg Fontana Kalamata olives
- Fontana olive oil
Cut the halloumi into cubes and marinate them with some olive oil and mint.
Wash and dry the olives, marinate in olive oil and oregano. Then add a halloumi cube and an olive on a skewer and grill or in oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is browned.
Serve immediately as an appetizer, accessories or mezé.
