Farm halloumi salad with grilled chicken and saffron aioli
- 1 grilled chicken
- 150 g farm halloumi
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 200 ml small tomatoes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 head of baby lettuce
- 400 ml arugula
- 1 batch of saffron aioli
- Wort bread, for serving

Pick the meat from the grilled chicken. Cut the Farm halloumi into slices and fry them golden brown in a hot grill pan with olive oil. Wash all the vegetables and cut into desired pieces and sizes.
Add all the vegetables on a platter and top with grilled chicken, fried halloumi and saffron aioli. Serve with bread flavoured with wort.
