Farm halloumi salad with grilled chicken and saffron aioli


  • 1 grilled chicken
  • 150 g farm halloumi
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 200 ml small tomatoes
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 head of baby lettuce
  • 400 ml arugula
  • 1 batch of saffron aioli
  • Wort bread, for serving

    Pick the meat from the grilled chicken. Cut the Farm halloumi into slices and fry them golden brown in a hot grill pan with olive oil. Wash all the vegetables and cut into desired pieces and sizes.

    Add all the vegetables on a platter and top with grilled chicken, fried halloumi and saffron aioli. Serve with bread flavoured with wort.
