- 800 g minced chicken
- 1 egg
- 100 ml breadcrumbs
- 1-2 minced cloves of garlic
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 ml black pepper
- 2 tsp dried oregano + a pinch for serving
- 100 g Fontana Feta Original
- Fontana olive oil to fry in
Mix the chicken mince, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic and spices. Mix to a paste. Dice the feta cheese into small cubes. Roll the mince into balls and press a feta cheese cube in the middle.

Fry the chicken balls in oil on the heat until they are cooked through. Sprinkle a little dried oregano on top before serving.
Serve with ratatouille and fried potatoes. Garnish with fresh oregano and black olives.
